Rules of online store
1. All products purchased from us are covered by the warranty, according to the general conditions of purchase. Return of goods is only possible in the event of damage from the news. In this case, please contact us by phone to notify them of the problem concerned, in order to establish the principles for further proceedings if the goods are to be exchanged for new, or repaired. Customer may request a cash refund or replacement with a new guarantee in accordance with the principles adopted in the Polish legislation.
2.In the case when the goods have been damaged through the fault of the Customer, the cost of any repairs and transport in both directions shall be borne by the Customer.

4. To order has been completed, it is necessary to provide:

Once we confirm receipt of the order it by phone.
Customer data is not shared with third parties in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
5. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the Customer is informed of this fact and the associated increase in the time of the contract.
All the situations described above are not governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

1.Sonic The company is not responsible for damage to goods caused during delivery by carrier
2. Goods only send via courier.
3. Procurement of goods not available in our online shop (eg trees of unusual size) require prior contact, to determine the details. Orders are carried out only after earlier paid the full amount due on account including the cost of shipping.
4. The minimum amount of the purchase in our shop at 50,00 PLN. Orders of less than 50,00 PLN will not be accepted.
5. Shipping costs depend on the forwarder
